Really nice and soft hair. The only issue I had was not being able to lock it or tie the knot at the end of my braids. Other than that everything was perfect. It’s going on about a month or two and the curls are holding.The hair came very quickly and was smooth out of packaging. A little bit difficult to separate but we got the hang of it. Only issue is it sticks together A LOT be careful.I loved that that the hair was soft, but still braid-able for the stylist! Curls lasted about 3 solid weeks before dropping. Overall, really great hair!The hair was easy tonwork with and looks good. The only thing I may suggest is to dip the ends in hot water to get the curl back; working with the hair diminished the curl a bit.I used color 30/33 and color 350 (from another seller) but the hair I received was exactly as pictured and was silky smooth. Also the seller was very sweet when I asked about shipping. My package arrived earlier than expected. I also didn’t have many issues with tangling. If you are a semi-experienced braider, you should be fine when using the hair.First of all, I love this hair. I feel like a princess! I got the color 33 and it’s like a brown and reddish mixture. I used all 8 packs. The only downfall on this hair is that it is very soft, so if you don’t like or can’t manage soft hair then I don’t know of this is it for you. It didn’t really tangle for me like the other reviews are saying, It may have tangled like once or twice but that’s it. Just have patience because like I said it’s really soft, but beautiful in the end result. So overall I love the hair and I have gotten so many compliments on it already and it’s only been 1 day lol.Good customer service and nice hair.Really loved this hair because it was very easy to work with and didn’t get tangled easily
